Founded by Rosemary Bannister and Nina Lovatt in March 2008 the company was set up to:

 

• Design and deliver topical skills based training
• Facilitate training with a long lasting impact in the workplace
• Motivate delegates through creative and interactive learning
• Build long term profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and professional associations
• Develop a network of specialised trainers, coaches and mentors
• To have some fun and make a bit of money
